RECYCLING OF PLASTIC MATERIAL

Our recycling process involves minimal physical alteration of the plastic product, maintaining all its chemical properties and only minimally altering its chemical composition. We preserve all the original properties of the treated plastic.

    Material management

    We are official accredited managers of post-industrial plastic waste, surplus, non-reusable plastic material from a manufacturing process.

    Selection and separation

    The remaining or rejected plastic material is selected, sorted and stored in separate, watertight compartments.

    Crushed

    We have specific industrial machinery for plastic shredding in different diameters: from 8 to 12 mm.

    Packaging and labeling

    We always pack in 'big bags', from 500 to 1,500 kg per bag. We cover them with a transparent polyethylene film to facilitate visual inspection. With a tamper-evident seal.
